In which industries are jacketed kettles mainly used? What are their characteristics?
The jacketed kettle, also known as a steam kettle, cooking kettle, or jacketed steam kettle, is widely used in the processing of candies, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, wines, pastries, preserved fruits, beverages, canned foods, seasoned delicacies, and more. The kettle body is composed of inner and outer spherical kettle bodies forming a double-layer structure, with the intermediate layer being heated by steam.
